Acetarc Monorail systems provide efficient and cost effective handling solutions for loads up to 20,000Kg.

By creating a fixed route between pick-up and delivery points, it is both easier to control the workflow and also improves workplace safety.

A monorail system can incorporate bends, switches, turntables and lift/lower sections for flexibility.

Bus-bar power feed systems can be fitted for motorised trolley and hoist operation.

Monorail systems can also include for PLC control and in-line weighing for safe and efficient workflow management.

TC/American Monorail Inc.

Each rail section is designed to provide the maximum in strength, flexibility and durability.

All rail sections use high carbon-manganese Steel, precision rolled to close tolerances, thereby providing many years of dependable service.

We specialise in systems built around the following two types of rail:

TC/A 200 Series for loads up to 2000Kg

TC/A 325 Series for loads up to 20,000Kg
